The hotel receives a commission on the amount excluding VAT. The commission applies to all services booked via the hotel. The exact percentage is agreed together, aligned with your occupancy and commercial goals.
Guests book easily via QR codes (rooms/lobby) or a landing page with a live calendar. Reception can also book on behalf of guests. Travel Fitness sets everything up and removes operational workload.
We start with a pilot month using fixed time blocks (e.g., 4 hours), collect feedback, and optimise for peak demand. Scheduling is aligned with your occupancy patterns (e.g., corporate travellers on weekdays).
All trainers are screened and certified according to EREPS and/or NASM. We follow clear protocols for safety, hygiene, and hospitality, consistent with a premium hotel experience.
Required effort is intentionally low: basic communication, providing a suitable space, and internal alignment. Travel Fitness handles bookings, intake, and delivery, acting as your single point of contact.
We manage the intake (online), scheduling, and delivery. The trainer meets the guest 15 minutes before start in the lobby and conducts the session on-site or in an agreed alternative space.
Cancellations are possible up to 6 hours before the session. The hotel does not need to process changes: simply refer guests to Travel Fitness for modifications or questions.
Travel Fitness is responsible for delivery and holds a liability insurance. This is set out in the client agreement accepted prior to training.
We provide flyers, QR cards, and digital banners. In-house hotel promotion is welcome; you will receive a media kit to ensure consistent branding.
You will receive weekly reports and a monthly invoice/payout (credit invoice in consultation). Fully transparent: bookings, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
The Travel Fitness Manager is your direct point of contact for operations and service. An emergency line is available for urgent situations to resolve issues quickly and discreetly.
English by default. On request, we can assign multilingual trainers and provide materials in additional languages aligned with your guest profile.
Training always continues: we switch to a meeting room or an outdoor location. Our trainers bring mobile equipment and remain considerate of other guests and staff.
We focus on corporate travellers and quality-conscious guests who wish to maintain their routine. Together we analyse peak periods (e.g., trade fairs in September) and align the offering accordingly.
For continuity and guest trust, Travel Fitness prefers to assign 1–2 dedicated trainers per hotel. This guarantees consistent quality and a familiar face for your guests.
